Tim Josephs is the principal and owner of Production Technologies International. He has over 30 years of industrial sales and management experience in the field of custom engineered equipment and product solutions.

This experience includes a history in the fields of heat processing, metal finishing (plating and paint systems), fluid recycling, air pollution control solutions and heat treating. Tim has international sales experience in supply to companies in Europe and South America. He was also involved in setting up and running a sales organization in the U.S. for a German start-up office.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School. Tim is a member of ASM International and proud father of two children.
